What is the return policy?
We believe in offering the Very Best...Value, Quality and Selection.
You may return unused items for a refund or exchange used items within 10 days from the date you receive the item. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless you received the wrong item. You are responsible in paying shipping fees related to your return. We do not refund any shipping related expenses.

MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. Once you receive a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number, ship the product back to us and
we will send you the correct order.
How do I return my product?
All returns must have an RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number prior to being sent back.
It is essential that a reason for the return accompany any request.
The RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number must be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging.
