What is the return policy?
We believe in offering the Very Best...Value, Quality and Selection. You may return unused items for a refund or exchange used items within 10 days from the date you receive the item. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless you received the wrong item. You are responsible in paying shipping fees related to your return. We do not refund any shipping related expenses.

I was shipped the wrong product.
If you received the wrong product, click here to request for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. Once you receive a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number, ship the product back to us and we will send you the correct order.

How do I return my product?
All returns must have an RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number prior to being sent back. It is essential that a reason for the return accompany any request.
